1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Clear Business US services, operated by HelloUniverse LLC. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered business, freelancer, or entrepreneur legally allowed to operate in the United States, and successfully complete our KYC/KYB verification process.

3. Services

Clear Business US provides access to FDIC-insured business accounts, debit cards, and related services through partner banks. HelloUniverse LLC is not a bank.

4. Fees

Pricing is transparent and displayed on our website (Basic $20/year, Standard $30/year, Premium $50/year, Founder Pack $50 one-time including 1st year Premium). Additional fees may apply for specific services such as outgoing wires.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the account only for lawful business purposes
• Immediately report lost/stolen cards or suspicious activity
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Clear Business US for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraudulent transactions, or activities prohibited by law.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, regulatory requirements, or present high risk of fraud.

8. Liability

HelloUniverse LLC and Clear Business US are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses due to events outside our control (system outages, force majeure, etc.).

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
